Importing An OCR Batch
After an OCR Batch has been processed and/or reviewed, all OCR Batch Documents should have valid Spectrum Item Keys. The user is then allowed to import
this batch to the Spectrum Database.
When an OCR Batch Document is imported to Spectrum, a spectrum Record is
created to match the Document type (either Imported Document or contract). This
Spectrum Record is then added to the Spectrum Record Array of the Spectrum Item
After an OCR Batch has been imported, that OCR Batch is deleted.
