CRT Systems, Inc. is a small, closely-held corporation with a close-knit "family" of employees. Consequently, there is very little turnover; however, openings do occur, and CRT searches far and wide for just that "right" candidate to bring into the family.
It is CRT's policy not to seek applicants until an opening has been foreseen. On the other hand, while not encouraging them, CRT does accept cold resumes from highly qualified programmers and support technicians, and keeps them on file for 90 days.
